G Knitwear Belted Sweater Short Sleeves *Defect

Size Large (looks like it may run small please see measurements) Measurements: Bust: 42", Length: 23" Fabric: 55% Acrylic, 45% Cotton Collared belted design. New with tags but there is a tiny blemish on the corner point of the collar. Also there are a couple of small spots on the inside of the belt that will not show when you are wearing it. We are not certain if the spots will come out. Additionally, there is a tiny area where the threads are a little loose under left arm. Please see photos.
