lolas_boutique_ @christaline28 you are so correct that each deserve honesty. I wish I had video several of mine, this one buyer opened a case on a big jewelry bundle lot it had 78 pieces and she sent it back with 40 something pcs and destroyed several pieces that she sent back. all broken etc. she got a full refund! not fair.

If a buyer purchases your item and you DON'T Get Your Merchandise Returned In The Same Condition Sent - Open A Counter Claim Against The Buyer, Once Your Merch Has Been Returned. POSH will review your claim, if determined the Buyer is at fault for failing to return or breaking pieces, POSH make you whole.
