Floral monteau Skirt

The skirt is in good condition with no rips stains or tears. It is 19 inches long with an elastic waist. I only wore it a few times. I am tall, so it felt just a little too short for what I’m comfortable with. It’s so cute so I hope to re-home it to someone who will love it!
