Eloquii Pearl Detail Velvet Dress Womens neck (good room if super busty!) I bought as a 16, but this is a very roomy fit, and has no tags. Def fits best for a very busty chest heavy gal. I'm 1x/40 C/D and this was way too big on me, feels more like 18W/2x. Very roomy and stretches. Measurements chest: 42" around top/where pearl lay length 52" long, I'm 5'6" hit below my knees.
