juicylina When my customers shop from my closet; I send a msg immediately saying Thank you for your 🎀purchae🎀 you order will be 📬📦✈️ on ....secondly I wrap your Items carefull, nicely & place a thank u card for 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating I provide great customer service. Thirdly if I buy an Item on Posh I expect the same service but sadly I don't. If you wait to ship I wait to release the funds...

juicylina Don't wait over a week to thank your customers in caps. Caps =yelling when you type. Also don't end a sentence with !!! It's rude. Oh keep the sarcasm to your self customers don't buy from you again

I'd like to pose a scenario (true one): I bought item from seasoned Posher; paid asking price (no haggling); received it in bag w/out any protective wrap or even a thank you. (No txt upon purchase, not even a "chicken-scrawl" written not in pkg.) It was as if I didn't even exist. So..upon acceptance (item great as described btw), I gave feedback of service...cont.

creative2 @juicylina ...gave praise for great item, price, fast shipping. Took off 2 stars for poor packaging & no communication. I was berated by the seller...insulted regarding quantity of sales I've made in comparison to hers...and then blocked so I could not respond. All this was done on the item listing for others to see--which I feel put me in a bad light as others are not able to see what I wrote. ...

creative2 @juicylina ...I had been very nice in my feedback; kind and offered suggestions about my "experience" with this purchase. That's what Posh wants us to do right? Well, now I'm hesitant about writing review/feedback on my actual experience. What does a person do about that? I feel a bit "smeared".😔😬

From my experience I can say it has happen to me as well but the truth is important. I chose to block the seller & have reported harassment because I didn't get the 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 treatment I deserve and give to others.

juicylina @creative2 I have learned over the last 2 years to choose wisely, select the 🌟's only w/reasons, don't leave a note and block sellers who poorly executed a simple purchase with out acknowledging my purchase, letting me know they 📬 out my 📦, adding a thank u💌, description with full disclosure, properly 📦 the item w/attention to detail & follow up...I provide 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 customer service

creative2 @juicylina 👍🏻Thanks for follow up! I agree; I have sales, retail, entrepreneur business background as well. I always go above/beyond! (I don't expect others to do as I do but at the very least a "thank you" is always in order). To have been admonished by another posher for my expectation of "courteous" service is just plain BAD manners! And to do it publicly is ultimate in poor "breeding" for lack of a better term.😘

juicylina Plz add a review about your purchase: 🌟Is it a good quality product for the price? It is clean/just as described? 🌟Is it wrapped/packaged properly with care? 🌟Was the 📦 dropped off at the 📬 with in 2days of purchasing ? 🌟Is there a thank you note💌 included? Did you receive a free gift?(not expected but you can say thanks in your review 🌟Did the seller communicate with you through out the whole process? If so, The seller deserves 5🌟s.

juicylina If you have an issue contact seller 1st in the same listing you purchased not a random listing. For example: an item from your bundle is missing. The seller can print a new shipping label for free and ship it to you. If you're not able to resolve the issue then you report the issue to Posh if necessary.

juicylina If you receive the wrong item, report it to Posh they will determine whether you can return it with the Shipping Label Posh e-mailed to you or you may be able to keep the item with a credit. Don't swap items or return the item without Posh instructions.

juicylina Buying new vs used: Please keep in mind if you buy used items they are not perfect or new if you are picky person and easily disappointed buy NEW with tags no flaws in the description and tell the buyer you have certain expectations
