livyanne @tracyalexandra if it help you decide for now, I am typically a size small in shirts, and my bust is 34-36. I could barely button the vest, so I’d leave it unbuttoned.

livyanne @tracyalexandra I have a few more pics of measurements I took tonight. Do you have an email? I would say the width of the widest part UNBUTTONED when laying flat on a table is 16”. BUTTONED is about 14.5”. Again, that is the garment laying flat. It’s hard to say if that is pit to pit though bc it’s a vest. I have more pics.
