This top is full of fun and personality. It is made by Crown & Ivy. It is blue and white with stripes on some of the body and sleeves. It is embellished with a whimsical, beaded elephant. The sleeves are long and not fitted. There’s a cute 4” ruffle at the hem. The fabric is 95% cotton/5% elastase for the knit part, and 100% cotton for the woven parts.
