Cotton candy black sequin skirt size XL

This skirt is very stretchy it does have some areas where some sequins are missing but since the skirt is black is not noticeable. I tried to take pictures of that. The skirt has sequins all throughout. Measurements are top to bottom about 16 1/2 inches and across the waist is about 15 inches.
