Cotelac large navy and cream gazelle dress tunic

This is such a beautiful and easy dress with gazelle all over it. The fabric is 100% polyester so it’s great for travel. It has a very open bust measurement at about 21 to 22 inches. It says size 3, but I believe this designersizes there items one through four. So, this is definitely a large. The waist line is an elastic 17 inches but stretches to about 20 inches.
