Cloth & Stone Blue and White Stripe Off Shoulder Shirt Dress

Preowned / used dress from Cloth & Stone. Blue and white stripe. Elastic off shoulder. Tie cuff 3/4 sleeves. Button down front. Soft woven viscose tencel blend. Good used condition. There are a few very small holes throughout, and I can’t tell if that’s how it was manufactured or not. Please see last pic for example.
