But 2 things we desperately need: 1) The drop-down menu for listings for us poshers that offer different sizes. 2) A first class mail option for 13 ounces and under for small items this will cut down on paying five dollars shipping on an item that cost under $10 if it is under 13 ounces. This would be for small items obviously

lovecolor7 Hi, when I was new to posh we didn't have the offer button and many exchanged email addresses to negotiate. I see now that posh published our email addresses on Google. I've asked support to delete the 3 entries of mine but they refused, it's very evident from the conversation and the fact I later purchased the items, on posh, that it was innocent. I didn't know posh would publish our personal information . Can you please help me remove these 3 entries? It's for safety reasons that are

lovecolor7 serious and I communicated those details to support and they were unmoved, just mocked me. I never thought posh would put this all over the Internet. Notice I post no personal photos or have any social media, it's for safety reasons, can you please delete the 3 entries where my email address appears? The items are all sold long ago. Adjusting my share setting have no effect regardless of how much time passes.

cielitolindomex Mr. Manish if you ever read this, please consider this idea for the app: allow us to make offers on multiple items, Make an offer on a Bundle! I would love to be able to shop and sale while being able to negotiate for a lot of items instead of one. I know Bundle Discount helps, but sometimes we buyers want to offer a different amount than the the one on the discount or seller does not offer discount. Please consider it!

dierks24 @manish part 1 This month is my 4 year Anniversary on Poshmark and a week from today is my 40th Birthday. Saying this to thank the poshmark team for an amazing 4 years but particularly I'm reducing prices, listing every few days... And celebrating with sales. November was a very busy month for me... My best yet. I know much of it was for discounted shipping. Just a thought- Posh Parties Host Pucks too bad they couldn't receive discounted shipping just during the parties.

dierks24 @manish part 2, I'm saying this because it fun and always an honor to give and receive host picks but then they are almost always long forgotten... Everyone's goal is SOLD LISTINGS. I just wonder if host picks were given discounted shipping during the parties if it wouldn't increase sales. I know I created and share host picks I gave from previous parties and continue way beyond the party day .. But it would be nice to see more sold

jlaz06 I’m reaching out to you unfortunately due to a serious deficiency in customer service. I’ve been a member since 2013 and appreciate Posh immensely, however, this situation gives me pause. A buyer opened a case against me TEN DAYS ago and there is yet to be a resolution or explanation for lack of. At this point, I’m not interested in any outcome other than Posh releasing my funds. The buyer has had my item for eleven days. So disappointing. Thanks in advance for your help.

irka9 I have an order by a brand new PM customer that I fulfilled. But the customer put down a wrong address and the order came back to me. It took her 3 business days and 4 emails to get a hold of customer service to address this issue. Finally on Friday afternoon customer service has responded by sending me a replacement label for this customer. On Sunday morning I received another email from PM customer service saying that if they don’t see tracking in 24 hrs they will “resolve my issue”

irka9 I have had absolutely no time to ship! Label came Friday afternoon, my close PO isn’t open on saturdays or sundays. I am obviously going to ship it first thing Monday. It’s ridiculous that it takes PM customer service over 3 business days to respond to this customer, but they demand that I ship over the two day weekend! This kind of thing needs to be addressed internally! It’s not fair to buyers or sellers that there is such minimal and underwhelming customer service!

poshleona @manish Hi Mr. Shandra, I just wanted to confirm if that is indeed Poshmark’s policy that Italian men’s shoes have to be converted based on the ladies conversion chart. I listed a pair of men’s Italian 41 boots as US 8 (standard size conversion) but was told by customer service that on Posh they have to be listed as men’s size 11. I just wanted to recommend posting a standard Italian/US size conversion chart for men shoes and perhaps available for the customer service reps for reference.
