Charlotte Russe A-line dress

CHARLOTTE RUSSE A-LINE DRESS This is a super magnificent dress that I would never sell in a million years had I not gotten too big for it. But it will be a very special edition to somebody's closet. It is a full skirt with crinoline and tulle to fluff the skirt out. A sweet thin purple belt that is included.  It has a small open back with a zipper enclosure hip to mid back and a button enclosure at the base of neck.
