These are brand new, black velvet leggings from Victoria’s Secret PINK, size XS. Tag cut off as it was uncomfortable. PINK logo can be seen on the waist band. Waist band keeps you smoothed out. Excellent party pant alternative when you want to look put together while being comfortable.
