Black/White houndstooth Tweed Skirt 18W fits a 16

Will not fit a true size 18. For ref. I wear a 16-18 and this didn’t even close. It’s a beautiful tweed skirt in great condition. This does come with a detachable black leather belt w/gold hardware.
