Windsor Black chiffon long ruffled sleeve high neck blouse in women's medium. Excellent pre owned condition, no notable flaws. Washable polyester elastane. Fabric is not super sheer but opaque enough it should be worn over a camisole or tank top. Double button closure back of neck with small keyhole opening. 2 tiers of ruffles at end of sleeves. First pic is a photo of same loose fitting type blouse but different ruffles on sleeves just demonstrate the fit. This top has 2 rows of ruffles with the top ruffle angled.
