Black knit ruffled top can be worn off shoulders

Black knit top. I think it is White House Black Market, but the tag kept flipping over and showing and I grew tired of people tucking it back in for me 😂, so I cut it out. It can be worn off the shoulders also 17-1/2” across under the arms 16” at the waist
