This vintage black skirt has a bohemian, witchy vibe, with tiers of velvet and sheer fabric. Lace detail trim, with a sprinkle of sparkly sequins between panels, separating the sheer panels from the velvet. Body of the skirt is cotton lined approx 2/3 the way down.
