Banana republic blouse

This is a beautiful banana republic, black, short sleeve blouse. As you can see from the pictures, there are straps that cross, the side has a zipper, and there is also a second layer of material underneath for thickness. The top is 100% polyester .This top is a 14P and in excellent condition.
