pizzadreams @treasures2luv Thank you for your question and interest. This dress is true to size but would fit comfortably on a size 8 for a loser fit (see measurements above). It cinches only lightly at the waist. It’s a very light fabric made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex, providing a slight bit of stretch. There is no lining to this garnet. I hope this helps.
