Anthropologie Sweetheart Smocked Top Small

Pretty floral print smocked top from Anthropologie from the Conditions Apply line. Smocked around the chest with small peplum bottom at waist. Puff sleeves. Very soft material. Mustard yellow color with pink and green floral print. See pics for details. Seems there’s a small dot on arm, likely from the dye process. In great condition.
