abrahamsonjanet Can you please double check the waist measurement? I think if it is a size 4, the waist may actually be 14.5 inches, and I would make an offer. I know they have size 2s listed stating 14 inches lying flat.

bubblegumtree @abrahamsonjanet OK thank you for your patience. I re-took the pictures and a new picture of the measurement of the waist and that’s all on there now the waist is actually 14 1/2 and it is a size 4 again thank you and have a nice evening.
