graycefull @mugsyk74 I’ve always had issues. Even the highest quality earrings make my ears red and swollen. It seems to have gotten worse in my adulthood. I still wear them sometimes anyway!

mugsyk74 @graycefull I was just wondering if it was a pregnancy thing because sometimes unusual allergic reactions to things can come up during pregnancy. I’ve always had issues too, but have found gold and silver jewelry to be fine. I think nickel free, as well. It’s one of the things that got me into sterling silver to begin with. It was a lot cheaper than gold!!! 😉

graycefull @mugsyk74 the last kind I tried was Loft Earrings, I’ll have to try sterling again and see. I’ll wait till after the baby comes though :).

mugsyk74 @graycefull I sure hope sterling works better for you. I’ve always heard it’s the nickel in costume jewelry that causes the reaction. I suppose it could even be present in high end costume jewelry.
