90s YSL Paris pumps. Says size 10M, but if you know the brand, will fit 9M

Ok. These shoes were in perfect condition. Stepped into a small puddle of water and one of them ended up with a water mark. They run tight so I think it will fit a size 9 M. Also the water mark should be vaunted over. They are too tight for me, so I don’t want to invest time and money, but selling price is set accordingly. See pictures…
