@dave_hirsch Thanks for your inquiry! The material gives puts you in mind of seersucker but a heavier/lined seersucker in navy/black. Then of course there's the satin colllar. This one is special due to the juxtaposition of it all. Its a great blazer! Approximate measurements.

Shoulder hem to shoulder hem: 19"
I hadn't measured it before, but I may need to list it as a 40 looking at these measurements. It's a definitely a slimmer cut, but it looks great on.
