70’s JH Collectibles Off Center Button Down Blouse, Black/Cream, Size 4 A black and cream blouse by JH Collectibles. This blouse has an off centered button front closure giving it a unique vintage detail, with a mock turtleneck. Shoulder pads there, but are very worn and could easily be replaced. Material slightly sheer. Front Pocket. Would like fantastic with a pencil skirt or jeans with a leather jacket. Tagged a size 4. Likely 100% polyester. Made in the USA. 1970’s - 80’s. Approximately 19 inches pit to pit. Approximately 24 inches from shoulder to hemline. OK vintage condition. A few threads have come out , but aren't noticeable with the checkered/dot/hashmark pattern.
