andreariccio @pm_editor I'm new here. I didn't know who to contact about this. I recently wanted to purchase a pair of Sperrys. When I checked the comments on the shoes I noticed the seller had not answered since November. The same thing happened when I looked for a pair of Toms. What happens if I hit but, and they are no longer selling?

zoeysmom09 @pm_editor hi I'm having the same issue about getting a response from posh I think you guys need to either get more people to help with these issues or have a 1800 number because its not fair that we pay for our items and as well posh gets a fee we should at least have decent Customer service. I know in the email It states that there is a 24 to 48 hour wait however time its been several days passed that. Awaiting your response!

cassiemari3 You're customer service sucks! I've made a purchase and my order was never shipped and its been 10 days to where I'm allowed to cancel if of non shipment. When I go to cancel it, it says my item's been shipped WHERE it CLEARLY hasn't. I never received an email saying its been shipped! MIND YOU. the item still says "in process". I've emailed poshmark's customer service about 10 times and still no response. Do you guys read it and then just delete it ?! Like whats going on ! People work hard for their money, not to just have it thrown down the drain ! I am frustrated ! If there was a number to call, oh boy, they would hear it from me.

Frustrated and nervous as Posh charged my credit card and I have not received two items. How can I get my money back?! I thought you don't charge until I get and accept the items. Please advise. sprgdgrl I need your help!! I've sent emails to support but no one has gotten back to me after the first reply. I sent a package to the wrong address. The person I sent it to by accident is mailing it back to me now cause she didn't want to wait on posh to do something about it. So how do I go about getting to the right person? kayceemarie @movino777 I've personally never had a problem with poshmark customer service - if you follow the guidelines, you should be fine! I have found poshmark to be a great service. I've only had one issue with an order (a girl sent me a designer replica bag after stating that it was authentic), and poshmark got back to me within a day and issued me a full refund including shipping once I sent the order back. I hope you'll give it a chance! 😊

qt4less I have been an avid Poshmark lover and have recently tripled my inventory. Unfortunately I am now shipping for another venue to sell my items because of the recent changes to the shipping policy. It has made it nearly impossible to bundle items and not lose money in the process. I cannot more than one item and have it be less than 2 lbs after packaged. Sometimes this is even an issue with one item. The buyer is already wanting me to waive shipping charger and now I'm finding myself paying for shipping on top of losing 20% off the top. Essentially I am paying Poshmark and buyer to have my merchandise and its ridiculous. Any suggestions or comments. Thanks

bellarooney I completely agree with the prior post about the shipping fee change. While you announced it as if you were doing something great for Poshmarkers, it really makes it difficult to want to bundle anything. Even worse is the ridiculous fee for items under $25. Why would you do that? It is absurd to be charged $7 for a $5, $10, $15 item. I have many items in my "Likes" that I won't purchase because of the shipping fee . . . and there is nothing else in the seller's closet that I want to add to make the total over $25. How does that help your bottom line? In your quest to make more money, you are punishing both buyers and sellers with your shipping fee policies.

elkie1115 Hi @pm_editor I don't know if this is the best place to post this, but I have a couple of suggestions. First I want to say that I have been using Poshmark for a couple of months, and I love it! However, I have noticed that most of the people selling items are selling lower type merchandise which is fine. As Poshmark is structured right now, the occasional seller who is selling more expensive items has to mark up their merchandise significantly in order to clear a profit (because Poshmark takes 20%). Unfortunately, because of this, many people also ask each other to go off site and use Paypal (which for good reason is not sanctioned by Poshmark). So, my suggestion would be for Poshmark to take a sliding scale commission based on the selling price of the item. In this way you could more easily compete with sites like Ebay. (You may not be interested in changing your structure; perhaps you do well enough by the sheer volume of your sales, but I think you would attract a different type of seller and do even better!)
