20a Y2K vintage Limited dress

45 in long cream with black stripes A-line shape with 17-in slits on both sides. form-fitting top measures 17 in from pit to pit 13 in at the narrowest point of the waist and at least a 17 inch flare for hips lots of stretch to this amazing dress. in excellent condition. fabric is shown in the pictures. can be machine washed and dried. I did machine wash but I always hung to dry so comfortable to wear but so amazing whether worn with a belt or without. to tone it down a little bit a black wrap and belt easily do the trick. why be uncomfortable at a dress up event? no need with this dress
