No box. 2 small grooves on edge/rim. Unsure if wear or from manufacturing. Very small and hardly noticeable. I see NO chips or cracks. Small plastic hanging hook came off when I was cleaning plate. This could be re-glued on. Please see photo. Estate sale purchase.
