Vintage Y2K Whimsygoth Fairycore Prom Dress size 2

Excellent condition, the dress itself is flawless but the ribbon to tie the waist has some scuff marks (see video)! Size 2, also fits me as a size 4. My waist is 28”, height is 5’6”, bust is 32C. Measurements~ waist~ 13” (has some give) Pit to pit~ 15” Skirt length~ 25” Hips~ free Knee length on me, would be midi on someone of a petite height! If you have any questions, just ask.
