Vintage 70s JC Penney “Office” dress, popular during late 70s/early 80s Off-white, cream oatmeal color Textured nubby boucle fabric Turtleneck Elastic waist will stretch to 17” laid flat Original belt included Condition- a few light stains on bottom front, see photos. Overall some discoloration, it is hard to decipher what could be “age discoloration” from the textured oatmeal/cream color of the dress. I think a good soak in oxiclean could brighten and freshen this vintage piece. Check belt measurement, belt is larger than what would be expected with this size dress, I believe due to the belt losing some of its elasticity.
