dark blue background color. has thin white stripes going across. scoop neckline. sleeves go between the elbow and the wrist. the dress goes approximately between above the knee or to the knee depending on measurements. the sleeves are layered in ruffles. the body of the dress is pretty straight line. the material is a a little thicker weight for summer those. great for those cooler days. I do see some fuzziness all over but nothing that would take away from wearing it. found no other issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack q, section c
