I have had so much time on my hands. I invested in some 100% REAL India silk and cotton and made about 10 skirts. These are so beautiful and I have had so many compliments from people I had the chance to show them to. I have 5 made from INDIA SILK & 5 made from INDIA COTTON. See my other listings to see all the cool ways they can be worn. Only the silk ones are reversible and each one is approx 44 inches waist and 36inch length. All silk ones are double layered/hence being reversible

sarahjane1952 👋 👋 👋 Your skirts are absolutely 😍 beautiful! Is this one longer than 36" with that 🤔 silky material at the bottom? I'm 5' 10" tall and need my skirts 40" to 42". I love your blue one! 💙 Do you ever make longer ones? Thank you 😊

nanasummy @sarahjane1952 Hi 👋🏼. Thank you so much for the compliments. I do make them longer on request. These are just about floor length from the higher part of the waist on a 5’7” person. I can always extend the bottom part with material that wouldnt be exact to what is made but would FOR SURE compliment the rest of the skirt.

nanasummy @sarahjane1952 contd…….. I can also add side slit pockets if desired. Let me know if you would like to “customize” one and I could do it in ONE day and I will ship immediately. sarahjane1952 @nanasummy How far do they wrap around? I don't want it to open up. I am older and quite modest. lol I have about a 38" to 40" waist? Thanks 😊 What would you charge for this customization?

nanasummy @sarahjane1952 funny, bc i am the same way! Lol. Sometimes the way I have to talk to some people, some people wouldn’t believe that I’m actually modest! Lol. Anyway, just like another $5. I dont believe in trying to rip people off for a little more work and material that I usually have on hand. And even if I don’t, its not that big of a deal to me 👍🏼😊😊❤️😘

sarahjane1952 @nanasummy That sounds really fair. Is there anyway I could sew it closed to have a regular skirt or it that just the way you make them? (BTW, I'm modest, but I can cuss a lot too lol)

nanasummy @sarahjane1952 If you tell me exactly how wide you want it, I can sew it up for you and it would still be reversible. Just turn it it inside out or right side in. Lol

nanasummy @sarahjane1952 also, the tie would still be there in case you need to tighten it around the waist or make it looser and it wouldn’t look finny at all

nanasummy AND how long you want it sewn to. Leave a little room for it to still be “flowy” around the bottom

sarahjane1952 @nanasummy I'd like it in the blue colors sewn closed but very fluffy, flowy, wide all the way down to the hem, please? About 41" long. and a waist that comfortably can stretch to 38" to 40" . You can even lengthen it with like a lace or what ever you'd like to do. Do you charge more for side seam pockets? I'm getting excited now! Cotton, correct?
