NWT Bonnie Jean Girls Formal Spring/Summer Dress

NWT girls floral lace and tulle spring/summer dress. This dress is gorgeous (a gift from her grandma), but too girly for my preteen, and I'm not going to argue. Just going to pass it on to a good home. If you are a mom you understand. lol. It's in great shape except for one spot as pictured. It almost looks like something stuck in the material or something that could definitely be removed but I do not have the time to try to do so. I'm sorry.
