cameo style. has a little bit of faded look to it but isn't a distraction but adds character. has suspenders over the shoulders like typical. the back though is connected by a ring and material. there is one large pocket on the chest area. it looks like 2 but it's actually one. my phone actually fits in there even though it's tight. three is the 2 metal buttons on each side to help you get this on better. then there is pockets on each side of the waist area. my measurements at the shoulders is like in the picture. but there is some too. for adjustments on the straps. then the back is typical with 2 pockets on each side. found no issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack j, section d
