This is a lake water blue color but has this effect like looking out at water and seeing off the waves. not sure what to call it. but it definitely gives this dress movement. rounded neckline. the neckline looks like the material was sewn then the edges cut to reveal the inside. gives it a worn look but was made like that from the start. has bat wing style sleeves that will go approximately to the elbows. the sleeves are permanently turned up once. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack Q, section E
