Delilah Bohemian Bell Sleeve Mini Dress - Size Small

A flowy, printed long sleeve mini dress featuring a ruffled v-neckline with a front tie closure, and a smocked waistline. It has a ruffled and tiered body and bell sleeves. Lined.
