Loose fit old Navy active tank with built in sports bra. The sports bra is high impact. Laying flat it measures 14 in. The rest of it is extremely loose. It's a magneta purple, the tank is kind of a marbled gray/ purple. The tie at bottom can be adjusted. It's new workout tags. It was just too tight on my chest ( I am not small chested).
