Vintage 70s red/white/blue vest with anchors and stars! Handmade. Cotton with blue lining. Front patch pockets. No closures. Bicentennial 1976 style!!! Would be cute belted. Condition: one tiny hole on the back is all I could find. 9/10 vintage condition. Barely worn/washed. Bust: 21” with darts Flares out to about 26” at hips Length: 33”
