kim_eag @beverlyparas Hi I contacted Apple and they said my Apple ID has been unlinked from it and they don’t understand why you are receiving this error. They said the person with the AirPods would have to call so they can trouble shoot over the phone. They gave me a phone number 18002752273. With Case ID: 102284432416
