statement leather belt with engraved silver and inlaid stone buckle

I’m not sure that this is in lead stone. It could be a polished bull horn piece. It is set-in a beautiful oblong engraved silver belt buckle. Beautiful piece in excellent condition. I find most of these heavier, leather pieces with engraving, silver or brass are made in Morocco, but that’s just a guess
