such a super cute and rare mini skirt by the japanese brand "mezzo piano"!! marked as an xl youth, fits xs/s. the graphics are adorable jelly hearts with colorful flowers all over. the texture is blankety soft like almost like a sherpa type fabric. similar to angel blue! I only wore this a few times after owning for a few years and selling since I outgrew the style. bought off mercari for like 120 so price firm measurements waist (flat) - 14" unstretched length - 15"
