The unit is brand new and still in it's original packaging. It comes with the cuff and docking station (which also doubles as a charger). It works with all models of iPods, iPhones and iPads. The app used to test, track, graph and share your results is free. I'm not a nurse and have never taken mine or anyone else's blood pressure before. It is super easy. plussizepinup @lisajames62960 - Zmy daughter's an CNA. She uses one for taking vitals on her patients. She loves it because she can enter the patients name and it saves it and keeps their history. It allows her to move from patient to patient without stopping to update charts until she's done. It's small and lightweight. I use one at home to monitor my blood pressure, then I have my history saved in my iPhone so I can share it with my doctor. It comes in handy.
