- 14.5” waist laid flat; 29” in circumference - may best fit between a side 8-10, but check against your measurements! - roughly 12.5” length from waist to bottom - approximately 17” hips laid flat; overtly, 34” in circumference - tear/rip marks in skirt are almost all manufactured; two small marks on the left and right hips (seen in photos) could be manufactured or signs of wear but not sure
