This I my own piece that I purchased at Buckle. It is stunning! I wore it once with a black cropped top and black leggings. This ties at the waist and one photo shows the fabric covered buttons at the cuff. It is a midi length and feels like silk…but 100% polyester. IMO can be tied loose for a M. Measures 18” Pit to Pit Measures 16” at Waist when tied snug Measures 48” in Length
