Zara extra long tunic style B/W top

Very unique top from Zara that could also be worn as a dress (dependent upon your height). Left sleeve featured waterfall effect. Can be worn with or without a belt. Size says large, but fits size 4-8 best (hip measurement not to exceed 40 inches).
