This lovely chiffon dress is flowy in all the right ways. It hits just below the knee and features a tassel tie. Back of the dress features a neck fastener and partially open back. Dress is new with tags and retailed for $59.00. Please note that one of the tassels somehow became disengaged from the loop in storage which could be easily remedied with a needle and thread or not at all. All sales final. dianadimitri @alefg hi there, from the bottom of the armpit to the hand, it measures approximately 23 inches. The sleeves are not tight fitting rather than they are wide and flowy. I hope this helps ☺️

dianadimitri Hi there, sorry for the late response, I was ill. And from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem it is 35 inches. Waist laying flat is 13 inches. Hope this helps!
