missdaisy619 @jennderm yes, it cinches in at the bodice/ skirt seam with elastic, and the drawstrings with beads tunnel over the elastic. You can pull the drawstrings for a closer fit, wrap them around to have a closer fit. The elastic is 28” when relaxed, stretches to 48. The skirt is very full.

missdaisy619 @jennderm I understand; I’m a size 1 (US4) in Zimmerman too. I went ahead and bought it because I knew this style was loose and meant to be oversized. I fell in love with the prints, intricate seaming, and delicate ruffles. It’s a heartache to part with, but it’s time for me to do some closet cleaning!
