Y2K Vintage Crystal Heart Necklace

This necklace gives me total Heart of the Ocean Titanic vibes! It’s super pretty and sparkly in person too! The crystal heart is like a garnet or ruby color with sparkly CZ’s on the bow. I don’t see any markings on it as far as what the metal is but it’s just been sitting in a jewelry box for years and it hasn’t tarnished or anything so it could be stainless steel. It is 18” in length. Reasonable offers welcome.
