Y2K Style Black and Cream Strapless Dress

Chic strapless dress with a black bodice. Features a layered cream skirt. It’s a great item to consider with school dances coming up, as well as holidays! Though this dress is not new, it’s still in good condition. The zipper works well, zipping the full length of the dress and with a cute little black bow added to it for some visual interest.
