Y2K Rose Evening Clutch

Perfect for a fancy gathering or wedding guest look! Has a retractable chain for a versatile look! I am not sure of the brand because this was purchased over 15 years ago (maybe 17 or 18). Some exposed threads and a glue mark on one of the roses (see pics). Some tarnishing on the metal.
